We try to Photograph and take great care to describe our products as clearly as possible, sometimes though colours and shape can be distorted a little by different montiers etc As all our pieces are handcrafted there may be slight differences from the item pictured and the one you receive. This is because my pieces are made with vintage and antique pearls and crystals ... it adds to the pieces charm and is what makes your piece unique to you. The differences are always minor.
All transactions are processed in GBP (£). Exchange rates are an estimate only, based on the latest figures. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price displayed for customers purchasing from within the European Union. If you require a VAT receipt for your order please get in touch with us through the contact page.
UK - All items will be sent by DPD tracked, next day and insured. The tracking number will be made available once posted so you can track it's progress and re arrange delivery if you miss it. International - All items will be sent by DPD international. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. The buyer is responsable for all import duties and taxes that may occur.

Lost Items - All items are sent with reputable curriers by signed for delivery. In the event of a 'loss' once courier protocol has been exhausted the item will be replaced as swiftly as possible. If you need your piece sooner please contact us to see if we can rush an order for you.
We offer customer 7 days cancellation from the order date, as we are a small business though we appreciate you telling us ASAP.
Returns & Exchanges
We are only able to offer refunds and exchanges up to 7 days after purchase. Refunds are only given if items are sent with original packaging and tags intact, and the items must show no trace of hair products or make up. If we feel the items are not in their original condition a refund would be refused and the item returned to the customer. At this time we do not offer refunds on Bespoke products or items from the collection with custom changes. All shipping costs to us must be paid for by the customer returning the item and shipping costs paid at the time of purchase canl not be refunded. Miss Clemmie items are handmade and delicate, we inspect all items that leave our studio carefully, they will be packaged securely but please check the items when they arrive with you and report any imperfections within 7 days, and we'll swiftly correct. We recommend care when handling and storing products to prevent damage.All items are sent 'tracked' but in the event of an item going missing once currier protocol has been followed the item will be replaced as soon as possible. We will of course do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If delivery of your order has been attempted unsuccessfully the package should be held at a local collection centre. If not collected within a set time the package/s will be returned to us, this is usually after 14 days. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package. Security and Privacy
We ensure that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us will be kept securely. Our secure server encrypts your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address, before it is sent over the Internet. Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number, expiration date & card verification code (3 digit number on the back of your card) each time you place an order with us. Your details are scrambled using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you click the 'Pay with credit or debit card' button to enter our checkout, you enter the secure section of the site. Your card details are verified automatically online by our payment processor.
If you sign up to our mailing list we will email you from time to time, only when new products are released. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list at any time please follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our newsletters or email us directly at email@example.com. Our database only holds your email address and will store no other personal details. We will never disclose your email address to any other individual or company.

If no modifications are needed you can expect to receive your piece to bake between 2 and 3 weeks. If you are ordering changes to an exhisting design it can take between 2 and 4 weeks and a bespoke design 2 - 6 weeks as we may need to source extra supplies. If you need your accessory sooner contact us as we may be able to accommodate you.
Care of Products
It is best to treat Miss Clemmie products with care. They are a handmade item, some from pieces of vintage and antique jewels they are more delicate than mass produced items.
We offer customers the right to cancel within 7 days. As we are an independent manufacturer though we'd appreciate notice as soon as possible.
