Ready To Ship

Made To Order 

The majority of my collection is made to order.

The current turnaround is 3-4 weeks depending on the season.

To get a accessory made more speedily a rush fee can be added to your order for a 5 day turnaround.

The fee is £35 and can be added as you checkout. Read more about rush orders here.

A bespoke piece can take upto 6 weeks,  you can read more about this here. 

The times above should be added to the shipping times below to give you the

best idea of how long it will take to get your piece

Shipping 

All packages are delivered using tracked services, uk ones by FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been fulfilled. If there's no one to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery.

The timeframes below are a guide and no guarantees can be made on delivery timeframes. If you have any special time related requirements please email me to see if I can accommodate your requests. 

If you have ordered an accessory with a longer lead time to another piece in your order I will ship the order once all items are made. If you’d like split delivery please contact me  studio@missclemmie.co.uk and I will be happy to help.

Lost Items

All items are sent with reputable curriers with tracked delivery. In the event of a 'loss' once courier protocol has been exhausted the item will be replaced as swiftly as possible.

Failed Deliveries

 If an order is unable to be delivered and bounces back to me  as a gesture of goodwill I will resend free of charge on one instance. If international this will be at the recipients expense. 

International Orders 

All of the above points apply to International orders. Orders are dispatched differently depending on the country (it’s usually FedEx). The buyer is responsible for all import fees and customs duties, I recommend checking these before purchasing as they can be as high as 30% of the total cost of goods. If the delivery is refused by the customer at the point of delivery ( usually because the custom fees are too high) the customer is responsible for any charges then paid by me, they will be deducted from your refund and the receipts for these made available to you.
