I hope you are delighted with your Miss Clemmie accessory, if you are not satisfied and would like a return, I offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your accessory as long as all pieces are in their original condition and unworn in line with consumer protection regulations 2000.
To return please email me email@example.com to get a returns form and register the return. If possible please include your original purchase details.
Any item that is altered to a specific customer request or bespoke is not eligible for a return and is non-refundable. Also any rush fees paid are non refundable. This is in line with regulation 13(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000.
If you have purchased through a boutique please contact them regarding the return.
How To Return - Please Read
To return please email me firstname.lastname@example.org to inform me about the return, then I can send you the returns form and return address details. If possible please include your original purchase details.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the returned item doesn’t reach me and is lost, stolen or damaged in transit it cant be refunded so I recommend using a traced insured service.
The items must be returned within 14 days of registering the return in their original packaging in unused condition If after inspection I feel the items are not in their original condition and there are signs of cosmetic products and wear a refund would be refused and the item returned to the customer.
Returns received outside of the above stated timelines will not be accepted ( 7 days of receipt of item) and refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.
Damaged + Faulty Items
As a small business I pride and care handling and packaging each piece with great attention and care. Hopefully all of this special care and attention to packaging means your piece will arrive looking beautiful, however occasionally the delivery service will handle a package roughly and the contents may become damaged in transit. In this case, we will happily replace the item for you and cover the re-delivery costs ourselves. If you believe your products are damaged please notify me ASAP.
Faulty items were a fault occurs within the 6 months after delivery will need to be assessed please email me here email@example.com. Any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred.

SPECIAL ATTENTION | Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that the parcel is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this will be passed onto the customer by deducting from your refunded total. This may also delay the returns process.
The return can only be processed once the items are received, please make sure the parcel is traced and insured to give you awareness of timeframe.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched I am unable to cancel it. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to contact me to request a refund, then a further 14 days to return the item to me. In this circumstance, please follow the above return instructions.
